All Staff at Peak Performance is expected to attend weekly staff meetings, or participate in gym community events, or furthering education seminars or course that may be unpaid. At Peak Performance, all Coaching candidates are required to complete a shadow period of 12-hours (or, 3 shifts) that must be completed within a 3-month period. This shadowing period helps us learn about you; How you interact with the team and members, and if you could be a good fit for our team. This shadowing period (12 hours/3 shifts) is unpaid.
